1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ror2 and every individual who accesses or uses the ror2 platform available at ror2.my. These Terms apply to all activities on the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and communications with the ror2 support team.

By clicking the "Register" or "Log In" button, you expressly and irrevocably indicate your agreement to these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or company, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation or company to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ror2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be an individual with the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not on any list of persons prohibited by ror2 from using this platform.
• Your use of the ror2 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you based on your location.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location when registering for or using ror2.

All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. ror2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes (Know Your Customer / KYC). Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only at ror2. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or terminated, along with the forfeiture of any existing balances.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Regarding withdrawals, the minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per request. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 24 working hours, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and verification requirements. ror2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security purposes.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by ror2. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5 Bonus & Promotions

9 Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between the parties involved.

Should negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration, with the arbitrator jointly appointed by the parties involved. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on all parties.
